Systems certification
Our quality system is assured through the UNE-EN-ISO 9001: 2015 Quality Standard, and we are in the implementation period of the UNE-EN-ISO 14001: 2015 Environmental Standard. With these standards we ensure the quality and sustainability of our product.
Piece-by-piece traceability
From Rotobasque the traceability of every piece is guaranteed since each one is identified with a unique number that ensures the monitoring of the entire process from raw material to final delivery to the customer.

Thanks to the manufacturing and control guidelines of our Quality process we assure a high-level of quality for our products; we can mention the following distinctions:

Environment
Characteristics of the product and its treatment after the end of its useful life.
Rotobasque products are manufactured using a homopolymeric base of polyethylene or polypropylene, displaying corresponding markings indicating the material used. All products are low in additives, free of halogens and heavy metals, and the pigments and UV protectors guarantee the durability of your products outdoors. All the materials used in manufacturing are recyclable through conventional plastic waste treatment processes. As a special consideration, attention should be paid to separating the metal inserts from the polymer phase through a suitable process for separate recycling.
In cases in which the product has been in contact with toxic or contaminating substances, the treatment conditions for this type of products must be taken into account in order to guarantee the safety and traceability of the recovered materials.
Approval Process
According to the Quality system implemented at Rotobasque, the part will be approved through a dimensional report in order to validate the mold and, similarly, through the validation of a first part delivered to the client.
